Have been coming here for years. Just a state inspection today, but everything was prompt and professional. And this morning I witnessed a young tech letting an elderly customer know that their very old tires had dry rot. He proposed a safe yet economical set of tires for her to think about, and cautioned against highway driving. Not an upsell, but a very soft act of compassion. Nice.

I am an educator and took my 16 year old daughter's van to this location for a free oil change. They were very friendly and the waiting area was clean. I appreciated that they gave educators a free oil change and hate writing a bad review, but after others have shared similar experiences with me, I felt compelled to share what happened. While changing the oil in her van, they found that the serpentine belt was damaged with section of the belt groove missing. The van is 15 years old and has 135K miles on it, so I wasn't shocked the belt would need to be replaced. Had they just offered to replace the belt, I likely would have done the service. Instead, they told me I needed a new serpentine belt, belt tensioner and idler pully. They also said an evacuation and recharge was necessary for the repair (I just fixed my AC in February and there was nothing wrong with it nor do you have to touch the AC to fix the belt). Their quote was $2000. When I asked why fix all the other things when it's just a belt that costs about $40 I was told due to the age of the vehicle it's necessary and recommended to change everything at once. I worked with Stefan to get new tires! He was very timely and reasonable with the quotes he provided. After I picked up my car, a tire sensor light came on and he explained what it likely is and reassured me that if it did not go away, to bring the car back and they would make it right. We were able to work together so my husband could drop my car off and they so kindly gave him a ride to work! Open, honest, and responsive! And the quoted price was what I paid, no upselling, no bogus necessary repairs.

I had a great experience here! I dropped my car off for service and was kept updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Andrew was especially helpful in making everything go smoothly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be back for my regular maintenance and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

generally pretty happy with this place. I've gotten an oil change, an inspection, and a tire here at this point. only minor complaint is that they tacked on a $30 3-year warranty for the tire I got without asking me or notifying me otherwise, and I just wish they had told me about that before adding it to my invoice. not a huge deal, service was otherwise speedy and good, and price was otherwise reasonable. quality of work also seems reasonable, and they are very easy to get in touch with and very responsive on the phone which is nice. Will definitely go back here in the future.
